Firefighters rescue 20 people from burning building, all 60 residents displaced

An early morning fire at a six-story apartment building displaced 60 tenants. KTVU's James Torrez reports.

I think the owner has couple properties on that block and he does it on purpose to kick the tenants every decade- it also happened exact on june 20, 2013. I had pictures but I couldn’t post it here
