I prefer the intense version. I really love the bottle as well! I get the hazelnut note for sure and it sure does smell like a lemon poundcake just out of the oven with oozing lemon frosting. Your reviews are spot on girl!!!!

Where do you get your sample vials from? Do the stores where you live offer them? They hardly ever give those out in the US

You know what I’ve tried the original one and I tried it twice. The first time I tried it it reminded me of love don’t be shy. The second time I tried it. I had a difficult time smelling it on me so I’ve never purchased it. Yesterday was my first time trying the intensive version and it smelled it too much like lemon but then after it settled into my skin I don’t know why but I was Reminded of a delicious creamy tropical winterize coconut. I think I will have to spray it on me again just to see if my nose is picking up the scent properly and not playing tricks on me. If that is the case, then I will actually purchase the scent in a travel size initially, because I do not own any winter nutty scents.

In the opening of Devotion I got the Light Blue dna then immediately the sugary candied lemon and powdery orange blossom and vanilla. Meanwhile Devotion Intense starts as Light Blue Forever, then it turns into a more dense version of Devotion. I do not get the hazelnut in the opening, but I smell neroli. I still have the half of 100 mls of original Devotion. After finishing my bottle I plan to get the Intense for a change.

devotion is my favorite perfume since it came out, yesterday I tested devotion intense, very similar, but the hazelnut gave it, at first, a strange touch, more green, but then it started to warm up and it smelled like og mixed with chocolate, like a note of Ferrero Rocher, so good. I'll have to buy it

i like the intense version way more. the hazelnut note is just so beautiful! 🥹 but it‘s almost too identical to the previous one… so i don‘t think i need both. 😊

You should have tried this on skin - yours and your husbands. I have a feeling this could lean unisex, especially in summer. The same goes with Q Intense.

I love oryginal Devotion very much, but intense is pass for me. Hazelnut accord ruined the fragrance. Oryginal is so much more pleasant.

Did you get the hazelnut at all? I sniffed in Sephora and didn’t get the hazelnut to me it smelled the same as the original

The original I layered with replica under the lemon tree because devotion wasn’t lemon enough. I’m curious so I will try it at Sephora and see if I like it, but I’m thinking it’s a pass for me right now. I’m not a Lira lover, it’s too light on the lemon for me.
