Our 4x4 Trailer Broke Down in Croatia: A Roadtrip Nightmare!

What would you do if your 4x4 overland trailer broke down in the middle of the desolate, outback of Croatia during your epic road trip? Let us tell you that going on a roadtrip from Belgium to Montenegro with our trusty Land Rover Defender and fully equipped overland trailer, was set out to be an adventure! But little did we know that our road trip through Croatia would take a rather unexpected turn ... leaving us afraid that this was going to be the end of our time overlanding.

Beautiful views and great shots of the landy . Thanks again for sharing your wonderful travel memories even the bad . You two put out great videos. But over landing is always the good with the bad .that’s just over landing life . But you two always seem to have a great out look on life, so cheers and hoping things get better. Love the Landy and trailer travels. Maybe look at a Penman (Ex Army) trailer, as a replacement. Designed to be towed behind a Defender. Same wheel stud pattern and track width. They are a bit more robust than your current trailer. Built so squaddies can't break them!! Available in the UK, not sure about EU.

Anyone ever said to you, buy a UK ex military Sankey or Penman trailer, they are built to be towed by a landy and you'll never brake them!
