Is This Asia's Most Colourful Village? (HIDDEN GEM) Malaysia 🇲🇾

During our first week in Malaysia whilst staying in Langkawi, we heard from a few local people that there was a beautiful, colourful hidden gem just across the water in a place called Perlis! We honestly didn't do much research as we wanted to see it properly for the first time with our own eyes and we were not disappointed! The people here, from the moment we arrived, were so sweet and helped us in every way to get around, find food and accommodation and also to find the most beautiful spots!
The moment we crossed the rainbow bridge it felt like we had walked inside of a rainbow with the people being as bright and vibrant as the colourlful houses that surrounded us.
Also, we noticed in our few days here... there were no other tourists around! Other than 1 or 2 people who we saw going from the ferry to the bus station travelling between Penang and Langkawi missing out on this beautiful little hidden gem!

State of PERLIS is underrated tourism destination among international travellers/tourists (except for transit at Padang Besar & Perlis Jetty to Langkawi).
They (Perlis people) live in a happy & simple lifestyle among peace community. I just adore with Perlis scenery when I witnessed scattered lime hills across rice fields! It just like couples of rocks purposely thrown on earth by a giant.

If you want only veges. Just say " Mau(want) sayur(veges) saja(only). Or you can be more specific " Saya(I) mau(want) sayur(vege) campur(mix). Then they will give a different array of vegetables maybe like carrots, cauliflower, cabbage and so on.

Guys you can go to Wang Klian near Perlis Thai border. Not far from Kangar. It's a Mountain top above the Clouds. You will see the tremendous scenery of Perlis above clouds and the sunset. Get the friendly locals to bring you guys around Perlis. Have a great time here and Welcome to Malaysia guys

You guys need to visit the Snake Park, Gua Kelam (Kelam Cave), Sheep & Goat Farm while in Perlis.

Not many tourists go to Perlis, but for me as a Malaysian, the state of Perlis has very beautiful natural scenery... Malaysia's best food is mostly based on chicken, meat and fish. it means you miss a lot. but don't worry, we also offer a variety of food for vegetarians

Kuala perlis and near the bridge was full of trash last year until a tourist from uk made a complaint. The newspaper highlighted it. They finally collected tons of trash there.

Oh you guy went to Perlis..Perlis also famous for it's mangoes 🥭, "harum manis". That lady said "warna-warni"(colorful), she wants you guys to explore n enjoy the view 👌

In Malaysia most meat we refering to cow & chicken, if you are vegan, we also have vegan restaurant like india restaurant some of them are vegan, other than that when you want to order foods, you need to specificly tell them no meat, seafood & eggs, only veggies, if not they will include it in your foods.enjoy your stay in Malaysia

Go visit the islands in East coast. In the State of Terengganu: pulau perhentian, pulau kapas, pulau redang. U may want to just live there like a britisher who has made one of the islands his home
