64k is crazy. I paid 57k (OTD) for 2023 GX 460 Premium +last year('' used'', 700 miles on it.)

to be honest with you, jon, i find in some angles that it looks like the Dodge Durango. Im not completely sold on this sixth gen. Maybe cause i love my 2016 4runner trail to much 😊😊.

Not my personal cup of tea; but if the 5th Gen Limited is a guide, they should sell a lot of them. I see a lot of Limiteds and SR5s around me.

I’m glad they released a platinum trim.. that just means this should’ve been the limited trim. Cheapen out the limited and release a platinum that should’ve been a limited for more profits. It seems ok. The honey comb seat pattern does not screen “premium” whatsoever. Looks like something that would be in a trd off road premium.

Yes! Not a first look, but its a first look! Lol. Based on the pricing of the 4Runnee, seems like theres room for a compact FJ Cruiser type vehicle right below it.

Great looking rig but on that note, it has a smaller displacement 2.4 - 4-cylinder engine with a battery, more tech, more maintenance and 12k more than the limited last year. I believe after the hype is gone in a year or so these will be flooding the Toyota dealerships with the Tacoma's and land cruisers that they can't sell.

I'm just not a fan of the look, it's like multiple designers got to pick one choice and they slapped it together. It has sort of a Tacoma back end with a Durango front end, spaghetti engine and double mustache it's a hard pass

Pricey for a 4Runner. We’ll see if Toyota priced themselves out of the segment.

They look too cheaply made.. it's an oversized RAV4 that's not what we wanted

I really hate the way the back seats tumble forward and leaving a huge waisted gap. How are you supposed to sleep in this without a flat cargo area. Toyota made a lot of mistakes with this new 4Runner.

I like the platinum trim, but im very curious about the true mpg people will see. Im able to get 23-24mpg now in my 24 TRD ORP as long as I keep it under 70mph 😂

The limited and Platinum hybrid max prices are the same as the land cruiser

At $64K and if I want full-time 4-wheel drive, I would pay $5K more for the LC250 w/ premium pkg. The LC has a rear locker, stabilizer bar disconnect, MTS, and Crawl, making it more capable offroad than the Platinum. To choose the Platinum over the LC, I think one would have to really prefer the 4Runner's looks and/or be unwilling to shell out an extra $5K for the LC.

Man they have priced these Trd versions so high. I’d get a loaded Land Cruiser with or premium package if I have to pick one and I love both models past and present versions. Just hard to see spending 70k on a new 4runner when the 2022 where like 52-53k loaded (Trd pro)

The underground color is sick, I didn't know how I felt about it on the config, but this video, it looks great

Not gonna lie, I was hating on the new taco so I drove one. If the new 4Runner is as similar to the taco as its always been, this one has me kinda excited. Gonna stick with my 3rd gen Tundra while they work out any kinks with the 4Runner. 2-3 years from now, i might have me one of these lol

I don't like the blue interior...wish we had an option. I am starting to agree with David from AutomotivePress and Kirk. it looks like Toyota tried too hard on the overall design.

Good looking truck. Way too much money for a four banger. Forget about it.

Go look at a pricey Range Rover if you want to see an actual luxury many things that are dumb with this new 6G; all the wacky trim levels, the dumb four banger turbo motor, the plasticky interiors, but most of all---THE RIDICULOUS PRICE TAG.

Toyota has lost its way in the USA. Selling a cheap prado and calling it a LC. And most don’t even know that. Now these hybrids and can’t even place two suitcases in the trunk due to weight limit. That no one talks about. Going to stick with my old Toyotas. Glad I got them when I did. I hardly see any new tacos around or LC. None are selling and one first edition is on BAT now. Guess things are desperate.
