in nehru agreement sc said - for making a territory ceced amendment under Art. 368 is required but in Art.4 it is written that art.2&3 will not be considered as amendment under it a conflicting statements

Why did we need any constitution ammendment to restructure the nation. Shouldn't be this purview within art 3 ? Please clarify

Why there was need to brought ammendments when article 4 says whtever subject matter mentioned in article 2 nd 3 need not be subjected to constitutional ammendments rather it can be done through orginary laws.?

Sir you have said that for cession and merging of state there is no constitutional amendment is required. ..but there is constitutional amendments in case of states organisation. । am confused sir. ।
