Spot on OJ! I'm an older gamer (in my mid 40s) and I've been saving a little money here and there since last year, so I'm ready to go! I'm that main source of income for my home but I was able to save $1050 in the bank, have about $200 cash stashed in the house, and I have a few amazon gift cards and nintendo eShop cards stashed as well. My plan is to get two Mario Kart bundles for me and my 11 y/o, a pro controller for myself, a case for my son, and maybe cyberpunk (physical) for myself. My son and I are super hyped for the switch 2, my wife could care less 😂

Yeah, it was embarrassing for DF when they said they couldn't see anything using DLSS from the Switch 2 direct. Then they covered it up by saying the motion blur is so low quality in Cyberpunk it perfectly hid DLSS tells. Makes me not believe their assessments on games on Nintendo hardware or maybe that will all change when they get actual hardware to test in their analysis. They were all in agreement at the time that DLSS wasn't in the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct only for CDPR to put them right lol.

I've been trying to tell people; don't buy into this negativity - from a fringe internet minority - thinking you can extrapolate that to account for total market sentiment/hype.

The moment the marketing campaign kicks into full gear(which just barely started recently), the hype will be off the charts.

Well remember, 85% of the sales are from scalpers buys as many units as they can just to sell it on eBay for $1K... I don't count that as a sale, it's a robbery. But give it a few months, and like the WiiU the sales will drop because they still don't want to listen to their own customer to drop the price.

I sold my PS5 and bought a 5070ti for my gaming, but I will definitely get a Switch 2. The perfect gaming experience is PC and Switch 2 combo.
