Neighbor opens fire on L.A. burglars with pepperball gun

An alert neighbor helped scare off a group of would-be thieves at a home in the Tarzana neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley Tuesday night. KTLA's Kimberly Cheng reports. July 31, 2024.

Sorry if this is harsh, but older folks seem to want to lay their principles down hard: you retirees and pacifists who are living in this area, better do like your parents did; take action, don't ever live in fear, stand for where you live. The bummer is that Pepperballs are banned in CA, so according to the law, this was an illegal act to fire pepperballs at the thieves.

We live in Las Vegas for over 30 years. All of those wonderful citizens from SoCal are moving here. Crime has gone thru the roof or the back glass door. We do have real guns here, the house across the street from mine is now a rental SWAT has been there twice in two years. Always hoodie loving angelinos even at 110 degrees, I hate hoodies.
