LOVE IN THE DARK - Adele | Kaycee Rice Choreography

i created this piece in the summer for the UK and just had to bring it back one more time in Los Angeles.

whenever choreographing, i always try to find songs that connect with people on a deeper level. music has a huge influence on movement and storytelling for me. when i re-listened to this song i immediately knew i wanted to bring it to life. my dancing journey is forever inspired and evolving each year through different tools and experiences i learn from along the way. this class felt right and needed for each one of us in there.

thank you to the lovely humans who came, inspired, and truly embraced every second of this piece. i hope whoever is watching this right now can connect with something or someone’s story being portrayed. all love, always ❤️

KAYCEE'S CHOREOGRAPHIES ARE SO POWERFFUL AND VULNERABLE .
I am so glad that we are getting to watch the post-freestyling part which usually gets edited out . absolutely loved when amari came back and hugged gianina after the choreo ( 3:34 ) .
