Thank you for this new information. if after 90 days of receiving the final grade can apply for T13 permit, the student might lose status. Or implied status is applicable to non-pgwp school? Also what if the student is graduated an IT related course but got a full time job offer in Healthcare, is the student still eligible for this pilot program?

Thank you for the info, But the issue with this program is the graduates from those 2 colleges mentioned ( Eastern and Oulton ) are not eligible to get the PGWP after graduation ( here is the risk )
