Wow, as if skill floor for regular organs wasn’t hard enough, that thing’s just wild

Shredding to The Doors would be a dream on that guitar

My grandfather used to blow people's minds in the 60's and 70's with one of these. He was insanely good at covering the organ parts in his live bands. They were super cool, but when things started to go wrong with the wiring, forget about it. It went from amazing to unusable, non functional junk overnight, and no one can or wants to try to fix it.

I would love to try to use this in a metal context.

My grandfather had one. My mom said she would sit on the floor and watch him play all the time. That's a guitar on my list for sure!

Okay but can we talk about how genius this is? I mean the frets are sensors, have a computer in the back, like for the late 60's early 70's this was groundbreaking, it was genius.

It’s time for you to make an album. This tool is your and my jam. You sound great in a way I had always hoped. Guitar organ for the win .

That is genius and for it to have came out back then is awesome

That is an incredibly cool instrument!
When I hear "70s super computer" and recall what that means contextually, the mash up slogan that comes to mind is "Straight Outta RadioShack".
It's got to be heavier than most of us can imagine. Kuddos to anyone who could play it for an entire set.

I remember seeing one of these & trying it, just once, in a recording studio early '80s. I loved it and still sorta do.

I remember back in the late 60s or early 70s in Orlando my buddy Pax Robinson had a guitar that had the organ sound Synthesized in his guitar also. He had an early version electronic drum box. He had footpedals that he played bass sounds with. And he saying.

So he had guitar, organ, bass, drums, and vocals. He was a lounge singer, and he gets the same amount of money as an entire Band got, and he played like a Holiday Inn or something weekly.

Someone from my church had one. Sunday service was never the same after hearing the solo for “Screaming in the Night” on one of these.

Played around with the 12 string univox guitorgan- wicked but incredibly finicky and easily broken

That would be real funky with a Hammond setting!
