As always, thank you for your great tips and insights! I agree with you. If you have a solid foundation for backend development, frontend isn't that scary. Although the sheer number of JS frameworks is sometimes overwhelming.

Your next challenge...python and its ecosystem. I can save gradle in the jvm world but the entreprise part is a big mess.
The problem with js is not the language but the dom and css. Js is really a cool langage I love to use with product like google app script.

Hi Tom, was it because you felt you were more inclined to the left brained logic processes as opposed to the creative side? That's kind of the dilemma I'm facing now. Fearing my design skills just aren't up to par. Not having an intuitive sense of aesthetic the way say others might.
