These direct comparrisons are great, especially if someone is looking for a budget build.
Nut please look at the FPV Model Hurricane Motors, these are only about 10$ more expensive for 4 pieces, and (although they are 2207 size) their build qualitiy is worlds above these two, they are in their class one of the most powerfull motors (next to the Northaero Typhoon)

Keep on the great work you are doing!

I like the solder pads on HookLL, this should be a standard for all motors, makes complete sense

Dear, lets start using round function in Excel, to see normal values 2-3point after dot. Formula example, where C4 is cell which contains value to be rounded, result will be given in the cell to you where you write this formula =ROUND(C4;3)

The original red bottoms now cost $10. Could u test it too since it is now in the budget category? Also, please test a different category of prop. The two u use are fairly similar in weight and efficiency. Maybe a 5x4x3

Really nice, man. Both good motors... I really don't know which I would choose...

I said this in previous videos of this series and I will say it again. These tests are WORTHLESS without testing actually good(known to be good motor) first - any kind of test/data without reference point is worthless.

you forgot most important EFFICIENCY column

How about adding a column to your data? Thrust per watt would provide a good comparison of efficiency.

i'v moved on from racerstar motors. I now have been running the DYS samguk series motors, 2206 2700kv and 2207 2600kv at a cost of $9.99 each US. great motors

Great testing! But I don’t understand why your trust values are max around 0.8 Kg while on miniquadtestbench.com we see max readings of 1, 2 to 1, 6 Kg? This is a significant difference and I don’t understand why there is any difference to begin with... Are you doing something different or am I missing something?

Hey nice video like everyone that you upload. May I suggest you to use Avan 5" props also and/or cyclone because they seemed really good and I get really curious about their performance. Thanks in anticipation.

Could you please test the Brotherhobby R2 2205 2600KV Motor? At 12- 13$ it seems to be very good

Thanks for doing all this work!
It would be cool if you could test the Leopard phs22005 up against theese motors as well! Not sure if it counts as budget motors, costing $65/4pc set..

Great to get systematic stats. Would you consider using Hulkie 5055 props in the tests? They seem pretty popular, both RC-addict and EnvyAstro use them. MiniQuadTestBench doesn't test with them though.

Hey DroneMesh! Any chance to get the DYS Samguk motors tested? $9.90 each with a variety of size and KV.
