It’s 2023 now amazon customer service it’s more sh1t rn than ever before. If you have a lost/stolen package or if your package is empty, you need to file a police report and they keep playing too like sending proof that your package didn’t arrive.

Lol. I keep getting alerts my packages are delivered and go outside and nothing is there. Then I go wander off through the neighborhood and find them on my neighbors porches. I get my neighbors packages too. I hope I don't get shot because a neighbor's ring doorbell alerts them and they see me walking off with my packages and they think I am stealing theirs. This is curing my agoraphobia because it forces me to leave the house, lol 😁😂🤣

I bought a tv recently from Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by UPS, I didn’t receive it although it was marked delivered. Now am thinking about not buying big ticket items from Amazon anymore just buying it from local stores.

Haha I had Deliveroo send me proof that my food wasnt delivered. Like wtf I could of just sent them a pic of whatever. So anyway I sent them a picture I took in the dark and they refunded me 😂

My Amazon order arrived empty, that’s right got an empty bubble envelope and it was open. This is the second time that they did this. I think I had to phone them the last time because they showed me the pic the driver took.

I ordered mine when everything was in stock. It stayed in ordered for 8 days and when I called they said they fill prime first. They do it intentionally so you waste money on prime. Pathetic really. I'm filling a claim with authorities
