Also, regarding the design interview, it makes sense for BookItem to be a different table than Book. And that's because if you need to change the title of a book because of a typo or something, you want to change that title at only one location, you don't want to have to manually cut and paste the new title for every single instance of that Book the public library owns.

14:23 Not really. Reference-only books are the books that public libraries wouldn't allow you to check out and take them home with you. In other words, it's for books that are difficult/expensive to replace, should they get lost or damaged. It's for books like dictionaries, atlases, indexes, original manuscripts, etc.
