Most of Puerto Rico still without power

The island was hit with an outage Wednesday, and less than a third of customers have been restored. CBS News New York's Elijah Westbrook has the story.

We’ve had constant power outages, from two to three days a week, sometimes twice that same day. Appliances don’t survive these constant interruptions, even with surge protectors, it’s outrageous.

Maybe the Island would benefit from more of a distributed system- more, smaller generators, spread out in diverse areas, rather than a small number of large units dependent on extensive overhead lines for power distribution.
