I’m Greek and I love saganaki I also like this thing called feta honey in Greek it’s called φέτα μέλη I think that’s how you spell it. And it the best it’s feta with I beloved deep fried or smt like that so that it has a crust around it and then they put honey and sesame seeds and that’s it

we do this with Firm goat cheese a lot in Colorado. the diary we buy from can be seen walking goats around our small town feeding those goats.

I’m trying to get back to my roots and I wanna try a bunch of Greek food… (That is vegetarian. I do it for religious reasons plus I naturally see killing something to benefit yourself as hubristic.) so if you know of any Greek dishes that are vegetarian or could easily be made vegetarian, tell me. 😭
