I think it's interesting how MJ gets more narrow/opinionated but easier to use with time, while SD gets broader but also somewhat more complex to use with time.
For me, "having your cake and eating it too" would be an image generator like stable diffusion, but instead of positive/negative prompt and img2img/inpaint, you'd have an "instruction following" prompt like GPT. So you would start with just a short Midjourney-like prompt, and then step by step filter/replace/refine things using further GPT-style text instructions.

On the fingers teeth issue. I asked it for a fork eating spaghetti. It suffered from the same effect. You get two areas but the tines do not line up because there's food in the middle.

Eh, 2:29 not sure I'd call 5.1 an improvement. I think 5 did the best job. 5.1 doesn't look like Thanos anymore, and still haven't been able to put an exploding planet in the background, it just added a lot of fiery elements.

Mindjourney's AI still needs to count how many fingers and toes animals or birds have or whatever. For example that bird had five or six talons versus their four toes with talons.

My tests were not good compared to yours. I tried ballet shoes and all of them had heals..i also tried a cake made of Legos and it was bad. Kid screaming in the back of a car was too much to handle for MJ. Thanks!

I can’t seem to use the mid journey “imagine” prompt. When I type in /imagine and then my text, I get a response saying that the trial version is very busy and I need to try again tomorrow ? Is that right?
