The full form of DBMS is Database Management System. While, The full form RDBMS is, Relational Database Management System. DBMS is actually a program or software used to interact with databases to store, modify & access data. While RDBMS is also a DBMS programs specifically used to store relational databases. The most poplar and commonly used RDBMS are, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL etc.
