I disagree, I am still currently using a Pixel 6a (in 2024) & it STILL works just fine for everyday tasks.... I plan on upgrading to the Pixel 9 in maybe 6 months... I'm not saying the S24 is a bad choice, but the Pixel 9 would still hold up well years to come

I have a pixel 6a almost 2 years now, and no difference in performance from day 1 till now. So it depends what you want to use for. For me the simple android system is the preference.

The problem with s24 i had is just a inconsistency on shutter speed. Other than that, i think its perfect. This is based on my experience by using s24.

How much better are the P9 photos and video? I have a P7 and I LOVE the pixel exclusive features. The only things I hate is the shit battery life, screen dimming, frame rate drops, and the HEAT. Is the Pixel 9 worth it? Or should I pick up a s24?

I am using pixel 6 a since 2022 and it feels like new. Tensor chipsets are exclusive for android as apple's chipsets to ios. Therefore Google pixel will always be the best imo

how can you say Pixels don't run well over time when it's literally been 4 yrs and P6 runs just fine. you can argue Snapdragon is more powerful but it's not like Tensor slows to a crawl. If anything Galaxy devices become stagnant and lack new features and updates from subsequent devices.
