It looks like a nice watch. For me the lack of ECG would not be an issue. As a healthcare professional I have to say that I wouldn’t rely on any smart watch for accuracy with an ECG. Heart monitoring, SPO2 monitoring, and ECG on wearable devices can sometimes cause a lot of unnecessary anxiety for people. I do love my Pixel watch 2 that was free with my Pixel 8 Pro.

Nice video, I like how OP has not locked some features behind owning a OP phone, looking at you Google and Samsung this has been one of my biggest issues I like the Pixel watch but to get the most out of it I need a Pixel phone and I really hate that practice. This seems like a solid watch I wonder how long it'll be supported for, I hope the next iteration adds in those missing features. Been looking for a decent smartwatch for a while and this is a strong contender.

The size is great! I remember back in the day when women purchased men watches for the big watch face 👀to see the time. So, women watch changed to the big face. But the fall detection is must and a big selling magnet that they should not have left out. Talking about shooting yourself in the foot (like buying a car with no engine). There are people who fall like me that are not old who trip and fall who need FALL DETECTION because they live/work alone. Put in LTE on some versions and waterproof for showering or swimming, don't forget the glare.

Cardiac nurse here...smart watch EKGs are hilariously inaccurate. We have 5 lead monitors on all of our patients and they arent 100% accurate sometimes. A watch on your wrist is probably very rarely accurate

Great info. I really like the size of the watch. Seems like a solid. I just ordered the original Pixel watch for $80 since it got all of the updates. I'll wait to see what Google brings in their 3rd ver. Hoping for a 45/47mm size. Currently rocking Galaxy Watch 6.

Watch is incredible. I can get about 3-4 days on smart mode. I go use battery saver and stretch that to a week of battery

It's a good watch but to be honest, I like my Amazfit gtr 3 pro just as much. The Amazfit doesn't have everything the OnePlus has, but the battery is a lot better. It comes down to what the owner needs in a watch.

I hope Oneplus is listening and make a small version. I'm still stuck with broken Samsung watch with Tizen OS. Once they reveal a smaller version I'm buying it. Hopefully soon.

Best battery on a Wear OS smartwatch, no question. I'm consistently getting 3-4 days out of the watch WITH Always On Display active which is absolutely nuts. It's starting to reprogram my own habits around nightly charging. If you have small wrists, though, this watch might not be for you. Hopefully OnePlus offers a few different sizes next go around.

My only dislike is how the notifications are received. Once you get a text notification, the following new text don't appear if you don't clear the first one, unlike galaxy watch 6, the notifications just keep updating
