The weirdest thing about Skullface in TTP is, he seems to waffle about the entire time, with this Frankenstein mishmash of ungodly biological assets and a dysfunctional Metal Gear. Meanwhile, in Ground Zeroes, he does some heinous things clearly, without hesitation, and executes masterfully. Probably more efficiently than any villain in Metal Gear to date.
