These are always my favorite style videos you do. Absolutely love these. The mic is okay, camera is dope, but THAT BATTERY LIFE IS AMAZING! Also that was probably the most relaxed I have seen Marques in a studio visit. Loved seeing that. In his other studio visits he is sort of "on" if that makes sense, which isn't a bad thing in anyway, but getting a sneak peek for what it's really like to be around you guys normally is nice for people to see. This was a great review. I just got mine a week or so ago and am amazed at the battery life as well. The phone has not disappointed at all! Don't forget it still has an IR Blaster too!!!

Something about the camera: There is large aperture mode (the aperture icon on top) and portrait mode (the little human icon in the top middle). Portrait mode is specifically for (human) faces, when it detects a face it automatically uses 192 points on that face to expose it properly and tweak some extra things to make it look better while also blurring out the background unadjustability. The large aperture mode is for everything else (like the plant you took a picture of) and you can also adjust the focus and amount of blur afterwards. The reason it didn't look very blurred is because you probably used portrait mode instead of large aperture mode on the plant/tree but because it didn't detect a human (I know the plant has a face but it's not human enough) it didn't apply any extra blur. The reason there was still a little bit of blur though is because of the large f/1.6 aperture a natural physical bokeh will happen faster and that's probably what you saw.
