I would only say that never wait for years to see your mom because once they are gone, they are gone and you will have only regrets that why didn't you went. I made a promise to my mom while moving from Dubai to the United States that I am going to visit her every year on her birthday so I worked hard and kept my promise every year for 5 years. She passed away last year in December 2020 but even last year I was there with her on her birthday and this year I hoping to visit her grave on the day she came into this world (on her birthday) 😞. So everyone, whose moms are still alive, please visit her as much as you can and cherish every moment you spend with her because in the end, they are going to be in your memories 😞. May Allah give a very long life to all the mothers out there and May Allah give highest place in Jannah to the moms who are no more with us, Aameen ya rab! 🤲😭
