I did this and my HBA1C went up. Does thus guy actually know what he's talking about? The best thing I ever did was stop eating fruit, and reduce starchy carbs. My HBA1C went down and so did my blood sugars.

Great list. I typically stop eating at 5:30 pm and eat next day by 11 am. 3 veggies per meal and 3 fruits? I’ll try!

Cut carbs (less than 50/day), hydrate to 1/2 oz of weight of water, walk 10k steps/day and exercise.

Stop eating after 8pm…what about those of us that work 18 hours a day…please specify if you mean maybe 2 or 3 hours before you go to sleep?

Hello. I'm nowehere diabetic, and I already eat a vegan diet. I just wanted to ask though, is it ok for me to only eat in the hours you mention to experience this "negative calorie balance", if I'm already underweight?

What I miss most is the talk about what people actually DRINK.

When you look at the grocery stores, they sell a hell lot of actual and sugary drinks, what includes juice.

Are the meals really the problem? Or that many people DRINK so much sugar and carbs on top of that, keeping their glucose level high all day and making the body overwork?

Also: when you alread got probs with high glucose level, why eat fruits ON TOP of it? Fruits are high in glucose. Vegetables would make more sense, but when you want to eat fruits, you should do it instead of other carb/sugar food - or just stay with the vegetables.
