after i do the command prompt to sideload update the quest 2 reloads into a screen with the pc chip and then back to spinning logo and stuck there. any ideas? been stuck in spinning blue logo for days

I need a newer build to get a used headset from ebay working that wont connect to the phone app without a forced update. The update wont run on the headset because the controllers wont connect. Help !! I have a black screen in my Quest 2. When I turn it on, there is the meta blue sign, and then black screen with the music of the main menu. But cannot see anything. I tried everything : reboot and factory reset but nothing worked. I suspect that an update has been corrupted. Could you please help and show me how I can reinstall the firmware manually? I tried to update with sideload on the basis of your video but did not work neither.

Hi, it has been 2 months that I am stuck because after I updated the Oculus Quest 2 headset and created a Meta account and now the app on my phone does not pair with Quest 2 headset, hence, I cannot finish the setup. do you think this sideloading can help me setup the headset without needing to pair with my phone?

Thanks for the tutorial but I have an issue, when I press Air Link on the Oculus the settings freeze and it disappear. After 2/3 minutes settings come back but I can't press Air Link. Any suggestion?
