How the Value of Family Makes Us a Team

My name is Ricardo Senteno. I'm the HR Generalist and I started 2017 – in May. Last week I had an employee come in and tell me that they were having issues on late night shift so I feel that's part of my responsibility to help investigate and see what's going on and to help her grow. So I came in during the midnight shift to make sure everything was okay and make sure she knows that we're here to grow everybody you know. If she ever needs assistance we're always here. Yeah I think family would definitely mean the most to me as a value just because I come from a big family and to come from like a team - I like team sports, I like individual, I like all types of sports and I see that they bring that down to the floor. Everybody's a team. We always have to work together. Sometimes everybody doesn't get along but we're still one big team who have to find a way to make it work.
