I kinda dislike tier list as well. But i do like one that gives very good explanation and as well a reminder that the tier list isn't really dependable.

WatchMojo never disappoints in disappointing. Another top 10 without any real context. “Strongest” in terms of what exactly? Damage output? Burst dmg? Elemental dmg? Normal dmg? And what constellation? They are all good characters, but the order is debatable to say the least… personally I’d take Mona over Diluc any day. Mona used properly is pretty dang good!!

the fact that they decided to rank "top ten strongest" and then proceeded to try and compare dps, sub dps, and support units all on the same list (while all talking about their on field dps potential for some reason) meant this was going to be a mess from the start, not to mention the almost non-existent four star mentions. jfc lol

Since everyone is basically working with RNG in their own way, stacks upon stacks of RNG, lists don't really mean much unless you have exactly what they have. Artifacts probably make the most difference due to the stats but just acquiring weapons or the characters themselves kind of make lists nothing more than talk...especially when they come with little to no experimentation.

1. Escort the baloon
2. Kill the kairagi in a small island in the middle of the ocean nowhere near waverider or teleport waypoint.
3. Barbara + Xiangling in the same promo banner.

As a Diluc main, Im honestly glad that he even made the list and got mentioned considering how much he got power crept through out the game's lifespan.

But, I wouldnt complain if they put Xiangling/Yoimiya in his place either, since they pretty much outperform him in most cases.

I think the title was chosen poorly. Had they said Top 10 "Most Used" or "Most Viable" 5 star characters, it would have made more sense than saying "Strongest"
