There was no coup in Ukraine. Victor Yanukovych broke his election promise to sign a trade agreement with Europe.

The Ukrainian people protested.

Yanukovych's thugs shot many Ukrainians.

After negotiations, Yanukovych re-agreed to sign the Europe trade agreement. All was settled.

The day before he was to sign the trade agreement Yanukvych fled from Ukraine to Russia.

After a couple of days without a prime minister, the Ukrainian parliament, including Yanukovych's own party members, voted for a new president, as required by their constitution.

There was no "coup". Yanukovych quit his job.
