Growing Citrus in a colder zone

It’s been five years I’ve been shuffling my four citrus trees in and out of my garage for winter. As the trees have grown, getting them in and out has become more laborious, and I needed a better way.

I decided to try out four of the Vego self watering, rolling planters and so far it is fantastic.

These rolling planters have a reservoir on the bottom to hold extra water in case you get lazy with your winter watering efforts.
