There’s Going To Be A New Jurassic World?!

Recently we got the news that the original screenwriter for Jurassic Park 1 & 2 has been hired to write a brand new Jurassic World film. And I am all here for it. But how are they going to do it? What direction will the story go? Should they bring back Chris Pratt? Watch and find out. Enjoy.

Let me guess the plot, the dinosaurs are still roaming around, the antagonists found a way to kill them, but the main characters dont want that.

With the writer of the first movie coming back for this movie, I am kinda excited to see what they will bring with the new movie. I’m not surprised that they want to make more movies, the Jurassic saga that started in 93 is over but that doesn’t mean that the story of this universe is over. They can always do spin-offs and everything, they did an entire animated show about Camp Cretaceous which is canon. I would love it if they did something new and adapted some of the horror elements from the books.

Jurassic Park/World should just end or reboot imo because besides Smugglers and dinosaurs running around outside the park, what else are they supposed to do after repeating the same story

I’ve always loved this series. While I would’ve been fine if Dominion was just the finale this series. I DEFINITELY WILL BE EXCITED for a New Movie!!

I've seen some other comments saying that they should build the new trilogy's cast from the various child survivors of the old parks (both the 90's park and the 20-teens). This would be a nice way to reunite any of the various former child actors from the past six films. Heck, that's already seven actors to chose from! They could even cast live-action versions of the Camp Cretaceous kids if they wanted!

(...but like, only so long as they retcon the last two seasons of Camp Cretaceous. if you haven't seen them yet, do yourself a favor and skip to the last 30 minutes of the finale.)

fallen kingdom's ending opened the flood gates for a lot of movies and shows. we had dominion which as of now ends the story of the main cast, later this year were getting Chaos Theory (the sequel to camp cretaceous) which will hopefully focus on dinosaurs and humans failing to coexist, but that aint it, theres still more stories they can tell in this universe

With dinosaurs now on the mainland, I think this is an opportunity to do what they couldn't do with Dominion. I personally would like to see them pick up where Camp Cretaceous left off. Bring back those now-adult characters and let's see what they can do. Let them be the new main cast and tell a new tale.
Beyond that, I would like to see this movie get the suspense that the original and second movies setup. Those movies were suspenseful, but also SCARY! With David Koep back at the helm, I have high hopes for this film.
Lastly, I know this might be controversial but...no more kids. I know it helps to make it relatable for younger audiences, but if you use the Camp Cretaceous kids as adults, it would STILL have that relatability factor. That's what I think, anyway.

I wonder if the next entry of the Jurassic World movie franchise, if it happens, we see the dinosaurs develop human-level intelligence and become fully aware of their own existence.

Well, i suppose if they can make it similar to a "Planet of the Dinosaurs" concept it could pay off. Just as long as the characters are interesting enough and that their interaction with 🦕🦖 are scary and that the horrors are gripping

as much as i love the jurassic movies i am not that hyped about it jurassic franchise for me it not like star wars or mcu and dominion i feel like was this franchise awnser to endgame and where to go now even the new tv seriesx take place before the dominion i could see the next jurassic movie be like a preguel movie and take place before 1993 belive there was rumers about that a while back wich i kinda would be up for

i.. actually only liked fallen kingdom out of the world trio, and personally thought dominion was a hot mess and spit on the old cast; the only one who felt natural to their previous renditions was ian malcom. if they have the writer from jp1 and 2, maybe itll turn out okay as long as they dont loom over his shoulders and tell him to try to write in marvel humor, which just feels wrong for a jurassic movie. or if they adjust budget so the cgi is rendered and lit better and the practicals can maybe go back up in quality as well. do agree with more regular folks and moving away from the established cast. things like those teaser shorts, like the camp grounds one??? more of that! i would take so much more of that!

I’ve always loved Jurassic Park since I was a kid but I do think the movies are getting worse, Jurassic World was good, the second was okay and the third was meh. I hope the fourth one is going to be better.
