The absolute reverence for all things Voyager and TNG set against the cliff notes version of what DS9 was is truly infuriating for a fan of that show.

It is really strange that they didn't use a single DS9 actor (Worf doesn't count) for a show that used DS9 villains.

That was ODO's Bucket, not a changeling's bucket. It was probably of Bajoran or Cardassian design, not something the Dominion would have.

The complete lack of effort re: canon & things like "Resi-goo" make me sad (only a little, it's also why I'm done with it), it's just so unnecessary & shows the writers/showrunners don't understand the franchise.

“In our long history of fighting the solids the one thing that remains true to our nature as changelings is having these exact same little vase things to regenerate in. Any time we go off world we have that exact same pot. Odo, for the sin of oozing around on the floor of your quarters like some kind of savage we are making you a solid again. No changeling has ever not regenerated in that exact little pot. Until you”.

Why did the PIC pot look exactly like Odo’s pot.

There has to be hundreds of containers on the Titan. Why didn't the changeling just empty out a maintenance kit case or carry bag? He could probably store himself in the sink.

Now I feel that Kirk's broken glasses will be playing a very important role in a future Trek series. I mean, Kurtzman already wrote something like that in the first Transformers film (and ultimately proved pointless since the gov. already knew about the Allspark cube), so expect some cheeky reference to Kirk as "LadiesMan217".
