Since 2-3 years I feel so many different softwares are kinda going backwards and getting worse and worse, now even WordPress??

True that dosen't look good. And it's taking away that WP interface feeling. They messedup with Gutenberg now they are planning to messup the Woo. So sad

Reminds me of when gutenberg was released. Lets give it about 8 years to get used to it. That being said the high-performance order storage (HPOS) is actually a substantial upgrade.

OMG it will be so easy to miss things! I would rather they allow you to sort products more easily on the main "all product" view (and don't get me started on how slow adding or removing the stupid feature star is)- I have less than 50 products and sorting on all the different filter screens is just a PITA- that and always having to go to the all products screen rather than a next button if your editing several items in a row.

They should just make it a one pager en then when you click on one of the tabs, it scrolls to the section.

I hope the revamp is not only for product page editor, i would like that they revamp also the product list, orders lost, sales stats and all the funnel.

they need to compete with better UX solutions other e-commerce systems have.
but the problem is block editor UX still SHIT !!!

Woocommerce should be more worried on making woocommerce faster and optimizing the way Woocommerce queries the db when I have loads of variations I will email you an interesting read to your email

You lecture are so good and to the point! I have a website of tour agency (privet tours) is there any way i can list tour packages as products with payment ( payment just deposit) . Beacuse I list them just as pages.

The UI is a lot more modern but it has a lot of back and forth which is not something clients will like or want to learn..

I have to disagree. This new interface looks really slick, clean and client-friendly. The old look was a real cluster fcuk and overwhelming, even intimidating. Hopefully, they'll fix the niggles you pointed out, add in the SEO features, and even make features like the seo toggle on off, so effectively making the interface modular to what you want and don't want to see.
