How does the Carplay know that it should show the camera? you used the triger line to get 12v to the cam? where is the trigger signal now coming from??

I am unable to find an external audio source with AMI and therefore can’t get audio from the CarPlay system. AMI/AUX connector is installed but I’m not getting any option for AUX or external audio source to be selected from media/source. Any idea why?

Hi, thanks for the great video. Very helpful. But one problem is that after I install the backup camera on the trunk. I cannot open the trunk through handle manually. I don't know why this happens? Any suggestions to solve this problem?

Hi, I installed this kit in my 2014 Q5. My LCD screen will only come on when using backup camera. The radio still plays but the screen is black. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
