Hey Drew could you possibly do a video on elbow pain(tennis elbow) and ways to treat it and prevent it? Messed my arm up at work went ahead and did my superset today regardless leading to a pretty bad flare up. Have a great day man keep up the amazing work you've helped me so much on my fitness journey so far

I was trying to bulk, so I thought eat more, but luckily, I learned that eating foods with more fats and protein is best for bulking, so instead of stuffing my face, I can eat normally while consuming more calories.
The best things I've been eating are crunchy peanut butter and drinking whole milk and eating meat with sides of fruits and vegetables to balance. If you have nut allergies or lactose intolerant, avocados are a great substitute for peanut butter or milk.

Some of the best advice for weight-loss really is steps, protein, calories! Try to get in 6000 steps a day, after a few weeks maintaining and reaching that goal do 8000, then after some more weeks 10000, and at some point it will become easier and a habit, and something so meditative and therapeutic that you do it simply bacause it makes everything a little easier! Next is calories! You don't have to starve! Go to a TDEE calculator and see what maintenance would look like for you. The calculator will show you what it thinks you should cut and calorie counting apps like mfp will show way too small numbers. My tipp is to look at your maintenance calories and take away about 300-500 calories, that can be your goal for now! (Important: calculate your tdee with your current activity levels and not what you plan on doing, those will be extra burner calories for now). Calories and protein can go hand in hand, when it comes to a healthy weight it is not about what yoh have to leave outof your diet, but what you can add! Protein will be your first friend, because it keeps you full for a long time, whilst also helping you to build some muscle (i'm really just talkning about walking these 8000 steps here). The next friend sill be veggies and fruit, because you can eat so much of them at once without regretting it in any way! Other things will give you energie, and others will hit your cravings! At some point it will feel like you hae to work to reach you caloric goal instead of holding back. But remember, making new friends doesn't mean you have to leave the others behind, go visit them every now and again and introduce these maybe high calorie foods to the other foods and let your friendgroup grow. After you've walked for a few weeks and are on track with your calories, please calculate again! This time include your now current activity level of around 1 hour of walking a day(you will get faster with time, but what was once 4000 steps in an hour might be 7000 now because you just walk faster now)! You see that? Your maintenance has gone down! I fully trust that you at this point, are able to completely judge how active you are and what you can eat in a day, so look at the calculators offers and decide if that is a realistic goal for you. I know this is a very long comment, and losing weight is a long journey, which can seem very scary and hopeless, but you can do it! I fully believe that you can achieve your goals! I too am on my journey, i have lost 20kg (40lbs) and i still have to go another 20, but it is not impossible i know that, and it really makes life better in ways that you have to expirience for yourself! I'm talking about mental health, confidence and selfworth! Just walking for long periods of times was a struggle for me for years, but even though I'm still overweight i enjoy long walks with my friends and it makes me so happy! I'm fitter that some people at healthy weights because i work for it and i recommend it for everyone who needs it!

The problem is people be in a rush to change, if their weight isn’t down 20lbs in a week or they don’t double their bench in a week, they get frustrated and give up. Then they start to say everything’s a lie and doesn’t work

I wanna loose a small amount of fat, something like 5 kg is all I'm aiming for.

so I live with an absolutely miniscule calorie deficit, something like 300-500 cal per week deficit wich means that I very slowly loose weight but I also don't starve myself and I have the energy to keep working like I do
