I did this warm up right before running 15k for the first time. I went even further and reached 10 miles which is the longest I've ever run. 10 weeks until my first half-marathon!

I did this warm up before an interval session. I did really like this Ash . An extra fab bit would be to include some arms as this also helps me at least to get my heart rate up. Your enthusiasm is always so welcome.

I am a beginner runner and I tried this warm up before a 10km run in a treadmill. My hip flexors usually get stiff at around 6km but when I did this warm up, they didn’t get stiff at all and I was able to break a previous 10km record.
