Bethesda needs to stop stating the size of an update as being HUGE, thus to equal a quality update. The update size means nothing! Instead should focus on details and let the update size just be the update size.

Bethesda's writing team is fucking miserable. We don't want more story. Give us new features like atmospheric flight or walking mechs and let a better team do the story DLC. I'm not even going to bother buying this until it starts being required by some really good mods. For fuck's sake it doesn't even add new weapons, space suits, or ship parts, they're all just the old stuff with different magic effects.

The base game allows you to kill sysdef on behalf of the crimson fleet, but become the top tier of the UC vanguard AND go on to join the freestar rangers with ZERO consequences whatsoever.

Wanna point out that the sparks that flicker when you reload a Starshard is in the base game, and has nothing to do with the DLC. The effects we're seeing, are just basic particle weapon effects. Sorry to dash anyone's hopes. (Also, pretty sure someone probably beat me to this revelation.)

I actually liked Starfield and played it for 4 months. I have tried to get back into it for the updates but I really struggle. Feels done and dusted, and it's hard to care.

Shattered Space. I thought it was referencing the, you know space that space ships go through. I was hoping for some skirmishes, minor and major planetary invasions and space battles. Another Serpent's Crusade. Not timeywimeyspacebendy stuff.

Also, until Bethesda actually announces more DLC expansions after this one, this is basically IT. Not Todd's "Oh that'd be great" soft claims. I mean a date, maybe a name, and one of those steam registration leaks that are so unavoidable but show the company actually is setting the ground work for DLC items to be sold.
