Truth be told, there’s no universal essential. Unfortunately the only way to create a wardrobe you love and get dressed easier is do the work to find what suits you, your body and your lifestyle best.

Tips like these are great when it’s more general but if you just go buy everything on the list you probably won’t actually solve your wardrobe problems.

Took me half a decade of capsule wardrobe content on YouTube to realize I neither like t shirts nor the color white 😅
