It would make sense if that Jedi was just another Master who wasn’t on the Council but was appointed by the Council to take Shaak Ti’s place on Kamino as Jedi supervisor in charge of training as Shaak Ti was returning to Coruscaunt. At least, that would be a good cannon explanation

I think it was that one medical Jedi in the Yoda arc of the Clone Wars perhaps she took over why Shaak Ti was in the Jedi Temple

It can't be Shaak Ti bcoz Obi-Wan Kenobi confirms in TCW season 7 she's in charge of protecting palpatine during the separatists attack on Coruscant, he tells Ahsoka via holo transmission. So it's an unknown female Jedi until Star Wars decides to identify who it actually is.

If you recall the Jedi Doctor from Yoda’s arc at the end of Season 6, I’m 99% sure that’s who it is. Rig Nema is the name listed on Wookieepeida. It would make sense considering that the Jedi is female, has green skin, and is also a doctor (a trait suited to the medical and research facilities of Kamino)

I think it could possibly be Luminara Unduli because according to Star Wars: Rebels her body was saved.

We have seen her before it could actually be that Jedi Healer lady Rig Nema from Season 6 when Yoda was having his Force Headaces she has green skin similar to Luminara Unduli, it makes perfect sense for a Jedi Healer to be on Kamino, plus look at this scene in Bad Batch and the first episode of the Yoda arc in Season 6 look at her lightsaber they match.

my theory is she learned a powerful technique that allows her to come back at a previous save point. sadly, she never perfected the technique so she can't remember what happened when she died. just that wherever she was at the time, she died and knows not to go back there.

could be Rig Nema as a jedi healer she could do good in that role but to be fair could be any number of female jedi we have not seen.

well i think she would of been the main jedi leader of running the training but i think with the size of the place she might had a few jedi knights and jedi masters with her to help with other areas of cloning faculty

My guess is Doctar Rig Nema. We have whereabouts for luminara the only other green skinned jedi that would make sense to be on kamino is Rig Nema. The lightsabers dont look identical, but do have similar emitters
