Sony is really bad at software, just signed in and got those 25gb without asking for a camera serial or similar, and then on the updated mobile app, no option to upload to the cloud. A mess...

this is a weird release of software, the FX6 can directly upload to the "Ci Media Cloud" but cannot be added as a camera in the new creators cloud? It only has the FX3 in the list, so if you shoot FX6 a-cam and FX3 b-cam you cannot use that cloud service for your setup? Sorry but if that is true - wtf? Also how is adding file upload to camera firmware a problem? Any camera can technically do that, they all have wifi built in, this should be an upgrade for all models no exceptions. And technically work without using an app in-between, the phone should be just the router to the internet... (okay an app to configure things and safely login would make sense, as using the camera UI to provide credentials is a pain, but after setup no app should be needed and any wifi hot-spot enough to upload)

That and they need to explain things better; everything with Sony (I have 4 sony cameras) is an adventure in figuring it out yourself...

They do not even understand what is this service for. You go to the website and it is not explained clearly. Then you realize that is only for 2 sony cameras with possibly more on the horizon and you loose all the interest on learning it now.
