Many people watching RSTV but house is adjourned again and again what is this?

Ek rule hona chahiye k jis sansad ne kam hone nahi diya gaya ho wo chunav nahi lad sake. This should be treated as record of that sansad. That sansad should not be given pay. Follow it. Otherwise pay le k bhi kam nahi karte. Facilities bhi suno hairaan ho jaoge.

Why not disqualify MPs who stop the functioning of assembly endlessly
