Wild West Shootout 1.1 Update

- Added draw gun feature.
- Play and Opponent cannot move during duel.
- Removed time counter and used sound instead.
- Added slow motion/effects when belligerents draw their guns.
- Weapons are now 1 hit KO.
- Added no wanted level during/after the duel.
- Fixed player taunt.
- Fixed positioning and fade timing.
- More intermission time before duel.
