Same with all muscle groups. 3 or 4 different lifts per muscle group MAX is all you should be doing. Also, people need to learn to get a little more uncomfortable.

4-5 may be too much once you get very strong! It’s also lifestyle dependent! I was able to do 2 hour workouts at one point in life but now I’m only able to 20minutes to an hour at most nowadays just because I’m much busier!

4-5 is a lot. For beginners-intermediate FBW with single exercise per muscle group, 2-3 times a week is enough to see progress

I just want to be stronger and faster. I lift, run and play rec sports. Lifting alone was getting monotonous. It all depends on your goals…
