I have no expectations for the live action version, but this was one of my favorites growing up, and The Jungle Book remake surprised me, so I hope it's good. This is a beautiful book, and the concept art is stunning to see! I may have to make a special request to some of my family who worships the House of Mouse and live out in Orlando. :)

I bought this book when it first came out and I liked the content of this book, but the printing quality seemed rather cheap compared to other books. The paper seemed cheap and it felt like something printed on a color copy machine. I’ve never had an “Art of...” book feel so poorly manufactured.

I have the new book. Paper quality is better but the print quality of the images is garbage with many of them pixelated and all are muddy and blurry. Can’t tell if the original is better in that regard (doesn’t seem like it) but it could scarcely be worse.
