Stolen vehicle suspect arrested after hour-long high-speed chase through LA County

The chase persisted along the 10, 110 and 5 Freeways as the suspect led both LAPD and CHP officers on a lengthy high-speed chase from Santa Monica to Sylmar.

The suspect threw a big sack of white powder into the white Oldsmobile's open passenger window but it missed and hit the door and fell on the ground.
The driver of that car hit the brakes and stopped immediately afterwards
