Mine had the same vibration issue, stopped as soon as I took off my Otterbox case.

The gimbal doesn't seem to fold up with the phone attached - or am I mistaken? Although it may be smaller than the Osmo mobile 3, this makes it larger in a sense, because you'll have to remove your phone after every shot, then reattach it when you want to film again. Seems like they missed an opportunity there. Fun video as always guys
