I can't figure out how to do it, my car is telling me the exact same instructions but when I want to add my wife I simply have no "Security & Drivers" tab in the app. It's so frustrating

I have done all this and phone won't do it! It will pair and connect and will lock/unlock in app. Does the phone have to have NFC built in to work. My phone does not have NFC? Can I use NFC sticker and if so how do I program it? Update, what you fail to point out is the phone does not work like the key card!
When you walk up to the car it does not make a noise or move the mirrors! When you pull the door handle, then they move! So the phone key is working just not the same as the key card! Mine has been working all along but I have not been using it incorrectly! No one's tells us that!.

Why is this so difficult. You conveniently have add phone message on your app. In my app it doesn’t ask me if I want to add my phone as a key
