CMTY1920BCN - Customer Showcase: Automating End-to-End Infrastructure Provisioning

How Region Nordjylland - a large Danish public sector customer - accelerates time-to-delivery of servers and infrastructure components, enforces compliance and security standards, and automates the related ITSM and CMDB processes in ServiceNOW using Aria Automation, Aria Automation Orchestrator and cloud-init. We're looking at some of the challenges they faced, the business requirements, and the implemented solution that offers great value the the end-users daily, as they can request resources without delay from the self-service portal. ServiceNOW tickets and incidents are created automatically as part of the workflow, and updates the CMDB as servers are created or deleted. We will also look into how SCCM and Cloud-Init are used to configure windows and Linux servers during deployment.
