I was in OP's situation. I had feelings dor a guy, he was still with his gf at that time so I let go of him, although it hurt. 4 months later he kissed me out of nowhere at a party. I was baflled and I thought about trying or not, since I had no more feelings for him as OP described it. I gave it a chance and the feelings came back. He could have been the one for me if he hadn't chosen to have fun with random girls before settling down forever with me. Up until today he wants us to be together again, but I don't give more than a second chance
