Another con for social media management is that it is EXTREMELY time consuming. I've managed social accounts for a few small businesses and a lot of them want a lot from you and don't want to pay you much for the services. There's also a lot more to it than people think. This includes photos/videos needed of the business, infographics about the business/events and setting up social ads. Until you have a system down, it's not an easy way to make money and I don't recommend it.

For faster money, I always recommend straight flipping. Use existing infrastructure - don't create your own sites and products. Just use what exists already, and sell what's popular already. Fast. Money.
